AML (American Medical Laboratories) is Israel's largest private
full-service Clinical Laboratory located in the Herzliya Medical Center (a
leading Israeli private hospital)and now also in Ramat Aviv Medical Center. AML
has been operating in the Herzliya hospital continuosly since 1983 and provides
the hospital with all Clinical Laboratory Services including routine and STAT
testing in the disciplines of Biochemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Blood
Banking, Hormonal Analysis, Serology (including HIV test), Microbiology, Cancer
Markers, Esoteric testing etc.
AML successfully participates in
multiple International Quality Control Schemes-Proficiency Testing. It has an
Independent Quality Assurance Department with a
Proprietary Quality Manual Document, Version Controlled and written Standard
Operating Procedures.
AML Israel additionally provides Clinical
Laboratory Testing Services to Israeli Medical Institutions, Private Walk-in
Patients and Comprehensive Central Laboratory Services for Clinical Trials to
the International and Israeli Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries. AML
has Global Alliances with major International Central Labs including Esoterix Clinical Trials
Services – a Labcorp Company, Labconnect, Eurofins-Medinet and
Interlab International for
standardized Central Lab Services on Multi-National Clinical Trials.
AML recently opened an additional laboratory testing facility
located in the Ramat Aviv
Medical Center featuring cutting-edge new Laboratory Technologies such as
the Luminex Multi-Plex testing platform, Ova-6 test
(sub-contracted by Teva) as well as an FDA approved Helicobacter Pylori breath test featuring the Sercon Mass
Spectrophotometry method.
On the International front, AML is a
partner in the Establishment, Management and Operation of the new fully
automated laboratory located
in the N.Kipshidze Central University Hospital located in Tbilisi, the Georgian
Republic.
